Alisa Hainrich

Alisa Hainrich is a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst with Wawanesa Insurance. She has been in the insurance industry since 2011 and has handled auto, property, and casualty claims. Alisa is dedicated to bringing the OIAA TBAY back to life through educational resources and quality events.  Alisa is also actively working with the Executive team to increase the OIAA TBAY memberships and developing a sponsorship platform for service partners.  In her spare time, Alisa enjoys spending her free time in the garden.

Kim Lepere

Kimberlee Lepere works as an Independent Adjuster with SCM ClaimsPro in Northern Ontario. She has been adjudicating claims for 4 years and enjoys the interaction aspect of her job, as well as meeting new people. Kimberlee enjoys spending her free time playing soccer.

Frank Castaldo

Frank began his Insurance career as an adjuster in 1982 with Canadian Surety.  He held various regional management positions in Personal Lines Underwriting, HR and Accounting. In 1994, Frank moved onto Wellington Insurance which was later acquired and is now Intact Insurance.  He presently holds the position of Casualty Claims Specialist.  Frank is an active member of the Adjusters Association along with the Thunder Bay Adjusters Association where he was the President for a number of years.  He has also sat on the OIAA Executive council for 18 years.  He Enjoys fishing, camping, social gatherings with family and friends.

Sandra Freeman

In 1981 Sandra began as a typist for Canadian Home Assurance in Calgary, AB. After working in Auto Underwriting, she returned to Ontario in 1988 where she was a claims clerk for Canadian Surety, now Intact Insurance.  Now Sandra is a residential / commercial property Senior Field Claims Rep in Thunder Bay and Ontario. Claire Richardson

Claire began working part-time at a local adjusting firm over 30 years ago while also attending Lakehead University obtaining a Degree in Business Administration.  Until that serendipitous job offer by a well-respected local independent, she had never even heard of an “insurance adjuster.” She realized quickly that she enjoyed working with people in a variety of circumstances.  She is committed to continued education and a member of the OIAA, TBIAA, CIAA, and the Insurance Institute.
